Excellent Chinatown Stay!

I stayed one night with my family at this hotel. The location is excellent, as it is about three minutes from the Chinatown MRT station. The hotel is close to many attractions (and is practically in the heart of everything). A staff member, Kellie, contacted me about my laptop I left behind and kept it safe for me.

The entrance of the hotel was a little tricky to find. I eventually spotted the building signage and an alleyway (that leads to the entrance). The ground floor looked dark and dingy, but the reception area on level three was bright and clean.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful (especially Kellie!). I really appreciated the quick and professional service. They answered all my questions and provided assistance.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. It included coffee and tea, along with shower gel and shampoo. I slept very well, as the air conditioning worked very efficiently, keeping the room cool.

The hotel location is great and two minutes from the MRT. I could walk to the quays and enjoy the sights along the way. The staff changed the towels daily (I thought this was very attentive).

The entrance was hard to find. There was no place to hang clothing and this was inconvenient. The safe worked well but it was not fixed down (so it was not much use).
